Payment Plans, Timelines & Our Promise
Flexible payments: Spread the cost over 2, 4, 6, or 10 months, depending on your chosen package.
Our Promise: If we find your home isn’t viable for a full package after undertaking an initial assessment, we’ll refund your payment (minus the Records Check fee of £49).
Completion timelines: Typically 8–16 weeks, depending on the package and our current schedule. Delivery dates will be confirmed on booking, please get in touch if you need confirmation prior to booking.
